Service Descriptions

 

· Home Check for absent owners (weekly or monthly)

        Check furnace, plumbing, appliances where applicable.

             Check exterior for damage after storms.

             Change lighting  pattern if wanted

             Remove mail and papers from box, porch, driveway

             If authorized, will pick up mail and have waiting for you at home

· Storm Damage Check

        Check exterior of home for damage

             Check computer and TV’s for damage

· Waiting Service for deliveries or servicepeople

           Will let service people in and lock up when they are finished

             Will wait for furniture or special delivery; then lock up.

· Plant Care while you are on vacation : (inside or outside)

           Will water inside plants, outside pots, or grass while you are away

· Traveling Notary Public

        Will come to your home or business, notarize document, and take to

              post office

· Errands

           Send packages or letters at post office,  return library books or videos,

             take and pick up dry cleaning, pick up prescriptions, make bank deposits, …….

· Welcome Home Service

        Set water heater,  thermostat or A/C to desired setting

             Put patio furniture out

             Sweep porch and deck

             Turn on hot tub if applicable

             Bring firewood in and put in fireplace

           Grocery service (optional)

· Send Off Service

        Set water heater, thermostat or A/C to desired setting

             Bring outdoor furniture in

             Adjust lights to desired pattern

             Empty indoor trash

             Remove spoilable food from refrigerator and pantry

           Turn off hot tub
